Age Requirement

You must be at least 19 years old (18 in Alberta, 21 in Quebec) to browse, purchase from or receive products from BC Cannabis Canada. We reserve the right to request government-issued photo identification and to cancel any order that fails verification.

Orders & Acceptance

An order is a request to purchase. We accept it when payment is received and the parcel is dispatched. We may refuse or cancel any order, including for suspected resale, fraud or delivery to a restricted address.

Pricing & Stock

Prices are in Canadian dollars and may change without notice. Product photos are representative; natural cannabis varies in appearance between harvests.

Shipping Risk

Risk passes on delivery to the address you supply. Incorrect addresses entered by the customer are not eligible for reship.

Returns

For health and safety reasons cannabis products cannot be returned once shipped. Defective or incorrect items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

Limitation of Liability

Products are sold for personal adult use. BC Cannabis Canada is not liable for misuse, for impairment, or for consequences of consumption. Do not drive or operate machinery after use.
