Shipping
All orders ship from Vancouver, British Columbia by Canadian logistic companies with tracking systems. Payments confirmed before 12:00pm PST on a business day go out the same day; anything after that leaves the next business day.
Estimated transit times
British Columbia & Alberta: 1–2 business days
Saskatchewan, Manitoba, Ontario: 2–3 business days
Quebec & Atlantic Canada: 2–4 business days
Northern & remote communities: 4–7 business days
If tracking has not updated for five business days, contact support and we will open a trace and reship or refund your order.
Payment
We accept Interac e-Transfer from any Canadian bank or credit union. After checkout you will receive:
1. The recipient email address
2. The exact amount owing
3. A security question and answer (if your bank requires one)
Send the transfer from your online banking, and your order moves to the packing queue automatically once it is accepted. Transfers not received within 48 hours are cancelled and the stock is released.
